SalesMethods’ team of Engineers and Software Technicians are available to answer client queries effectively and promptly.

We offer two levels of Technical Support depending on your needs: standard and premium.

Standard support is included with all software products purchased and constitutes;

  • E-mail support from 9am to 5pm (GMT time) only on weekdays
  • Free upgrades as they are released

Premium support offers in addition to Standard support;

  • Telephone support up to 24/7
  • A dedicated support consultant in support of your business
  • An annual site health check

Note: There is an additional monthly cost for Premium Level
