Standard support is included with all software products purchased and constitutes;
- E-mail support from 9am to 5pm (GMT time) only on weekdays
- Free upgrades as they are released
Premium support offers in addition to Standard support;
- Telephone support up to 24/7
- A dedicated support consultant in support of your business
- An annual site health check
Note: There is an additional monthly cost for Premium Level
