SalesMethods has seen considerable change lately and we hope you can not only see the changes but feel the difference!

The last year has brought about renewed focus and fresh thinking, whilst solidifying our core values and principles at the heart of SalesMethods. We raised new finance and are busy putting it to work to accelerate our growth to a better, more responsive and dynamic organisation.

The new look SalesMethods

Our new branding is the first visible sign of our new focus. Moving to a more vibrant, warm and dynamic identity truly reflects our ethos in building relationships, our commitment to driving forward innovation and fresh thinking; and ultimately growth in your sales performance.

Behind the scenes this trajectory is underpinned with increased investment in customer service, product development and support as well as Sales and Marketing. By the end of 2020 you will see new product launches, new support processes and new customer service programs.

Refreshed & reinvigorated products

3 core Salesforce appsOn the product side we are busy developing new versions of our 3 core Salesforce apps, that will transform their look and feel whilst enriching their functionality and further streamlining Salesforce processes and usability. These enhancements will leapfrog our competition to underline the leadership position we hold.

Supporting our customers

We are proud to have continually maintained 5* AppExchange ratings for our products and services and we intend to cement this level of quality, and not become complacent.

Support and customer service have always been specific focuses for us and our strategy of “secure self-sufficiency” for our customers has served us well. The goal of making all our products as “out of the box” as possible for any size of organisation has forced us to ensure they always work and can be implemented, rolled out, and used in the most streamlined way possible.

Additionally, as we develop and attract larger enterprise customers with more complex business requirements, there is understandably a greater need for more varied, idiosyncratic solutions. Whilst we will always affirm our strategy of secure self-sufficiency as it absolutely keeps us on our toes to ensure our products remain easy to use, we are investing, both directly and through partners in broadening our consulting options to meet these enterprise requirements.

Focused on the now and the future

Our growth has been supported by both our customer retention and having secured many new customers over the last year. Our partnership with Salesforce has championed that growth and gone from strength to strength. We have cemented our partnership credentials by being elevated through the program tiers.

It is great to be telling you about all these positive changes but we would also like to stress what isn’t changing. The tenets of our business have always been to practice what we teach; building business by understanding our customers’ needs and delivering against our promises.

When we started out in 2010 we had ambitions to bring our light touch sales methodologies delivered through completely flexible and parameterizable suite of apps, allowing customers to deliver their own brand of high performance sales to their markets and customers; and this continues.

SalesMethods new websiteOur passion, energy and drive has not diminished, but now is the time for us to take a fresh look, raise our game and deliver even more – for our customers, partners and markets.

For us, the new brand reflects our desire to continue championing our values and doing what works for our customers but in a fresher reinvigorated way. We believe (and hope you do!) our new website aptly demonstrates this, bringing to life our entrenched values in a new and more expansive way.

We love our new look and feel and hope you do too – please take a look and feel the difference!

We remain proud to share our experience, humbled by the opportunity and delighted by the results.

Many thanks for your continued support.
